In response to the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19), Theater Commons Tokyo Executive Committee will continuously monitor and collect information from government and related agencies. Following the instructions given by the projects’ co-organizer Minato ward, with the greatest possible attention to the infectious disease control, the program will be held as planned.
Preventive measures below will be taken during the events. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
◉Alcohol hand sanitizers will be placed at each performance venue. Please apply it before entering the space.
◉As the substitute to the hand driers, sanitizing hand wash, paper towels and waste buckets will be placed at performance venue toilets.
◉ Staff at the reception and operation will be wearing masks.
◉Please make sure to cooperate with coughing etiquette recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

◉ The VR head mounted display used at Meiro Koizumi’s piece “Prometheus Bound” will be disinfected with alcohol after each use. The participants will be kindly asked to disinfect hands before putting on the headset as well.
◉ During workshops and reading performances, the venue will be ventilated and humidified when appropriate. To reduce unnecessary contact between participants the layout will be rearranged accordingly.
